this drawing is the cleanup/aftermath/indexing of damages after The Last Judgement*. The landscape is melting, a swamp is forming, the girls have built a makeshift memorial for those taken. In the next drawing, the landscape will be further decayed (melted) - but signs of re-growth will have appeared.
